Terms of Use — “Al HaMashmaut”

1. About these terms

These terms of use apply to the automated content-publishing tool operated by Tamir Dortal / “Al HaMashmaut” (“we”, “us”) and to the mashma.net website. By using or interacting with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. The tool and its purpose

The tool publishes short video clips that we produce to our own YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts on a preset schedule. It is operated by us, for our own accounts only, and is not a service offered to third parties.

3. Third-party platforms

Publishing is performed through the official APIs of YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta), and TikTok. Use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms of service and policies, which apply in addition to these terms.

4. Content and conduct

We are responsible for the content we publish through the tool. We use it only to publish our own content to our own accounts, in accordance with each platform’s policies.

5. No warranty

The tool and the website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page.
